MARK-124 is a two-component epoxy penetrating waterproofing sealer designed to provide long-term protection to concrete surfaces against freeze-thaw cycles, chloride ion penetration and traffic. Mark-124 , once penetrated into porous concrete surfaces, undergoes a series of chemical reactions resulting in total cross-linking, reinforcing, and waterproofing of the concrete surface.

FEATURES :

• MARK-124 seals the porous concrete due to its deep penetrating action.
• It prevents the freeze-thaw damage not allowing the sealed concrete to absorb moisture.
• Increases structural strength of the concrete surface due to its cross-linking action.
• It forms a permanent chemical bond with the surface and therefore provides a long-term protection(many times longer than conventional concrete sealers).
• It makes the concrete surface dust proof and very easy to clean.
