Poly-CarbMARK-89 is a user friendly urethane polymer formulated for the treatment of concrete. Mark-89 is specially designed to provide a high performance long lasting coating resisting salt spray, environmental attack, and normal weathering. MARK-89 reduces the ingress of chloride ions into concrete by over 95% when tested per NCHRP Report-244. MARK-89 can be customized for a textured appearance and easily transformed into an anti-graffiti coating with the addition of a clear coat.
FEATURES :
- Textured Surface. The MARK-89 TOPCOAT can be customized to give a desired texture during its manufacture.
- Anti-Graffiti. The MARK-89 can be converted to an anti-graffiti system with the addition of a clear finish coat.
- UV Radiation Resistance. Being a Urethane, MARK-89 is unaffected by UV radiation and provides long term protection without degradation produced by UV rays. Excellent color retention.
- Penetration. The MARK-89 Sealer reinforces the top surface of the concrete by penetrating and crosslinking providing a tough, inert and waterproof surface.
- Environment and user friendly. The system does not produce any toxic fumes or offensive odors during application or curing and is VOC compliant.
- The MARK-89 TOPCOAT has the ability to bridge fine cracks and withstand wide temperature changes without the appearance of visual defects.

- MARK-89 Sealer: A two-component, epoxy system designed to help cure, protect and weather-proof freshly placed as well as old concrete.
- MARK-89 Top Coat: A single component, non-toxic urethane coating designed to provide a long lasting surface capable of bridging fine cracks and unaffected by UVradiation.
