MARK-73 is a two-component urethane coating designed with high performance, high gloss, and long life for use under demanding environments on non-traffic bearing surfaces.

MARK-73 is designed to withstand temperature shock caused by sudden changes from -40 F to 300 F. MARK-73 meets and exceed all the requirements when tested per NCHRP-224(Southern Exposure)when used over an epoxy waterproofing sealer. The combination of one coat of waterproofing sealer and one coat of MARK-73 prevents chloride ions from penetrating up to 96%.

FEATURES :

• Provides a high performance anti-graffiti coating.
• Excellent anti-graffiti waterproofing treatment when applied over epoxy waterproofing sealer on weather exposed concrete.
• High gloss with 80 + gloss retention for a minimum of eight(8) to ten(10) years.
• Does not chalk, chip or peel when exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
• Can withstand thermal shock caused by sudden changes in temperature from -40 F to 300 F.
• Extremely good color retention, does not change color or discolor due to exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
• Can be applied with conventional methods:brushing, rolling, conventional and airless spray equipment.
• Long pot life allows a comfortable working time.

  Bridge parapets, abutments, piers.
• Outside of Storage tanks.
