Watson Bowman AcmeWabo Flex is a molded rubber cushion type expansion joint system designed for heavy traffic and snowplow loading. The molded monolithic units are reinforced with structural steel. High strength aluminum wear plates are molded into the top surface and grooved to provide skid resistance. To prevent uplift or separation, tongue and grooves are provided to ensure a watertight connection. The Wabo Flex system can accommodate structural movements up to 13 inches.
